2. Cancellation by Stay Happy Travel

If a tour is canceled due to unavoidable circumstances (weather, strikes, government restrictions):

  • You may receive a partial or full refund
  • Or option to reschedule the tour (subject to availability)

3. Non-Refundable Situations

No refund will be provided for:

  • Early departure from tour
  • Missed services due to personal reasons
  • Natural calamities or force majeure events

4. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days
  • Payment gateway or bank charges (if any) are non-refundable
